PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASE

We appreciate you  are choosing to shop with us and want you to be happy with your purchase. 

Dahlias can be divas and we encourage you to become comfortable with growing them before investing your money into the pricey "unicorns".   Also, tubers come in many shapes and sizes.  They come from the dirt and get planted in dirt.  Tubers from our farm do not get a spa day before shipping.  They might even look a little dirty, but they will grow just fine.

All dahlias sold by us were grown on our farm and will be single tubers. Although we cannot guarantee the dahlia to be free of disease and/or virus, we meticulously inspect our fields and remove any plants that show signs of disease and/or virus. Additionally, we are inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD).  MDARD issues us a certificate stating we meet National Plant Board Standards of pest freedom.  

CART: Adding an item to your cart DOES NOT reserve it. Your order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation number and email.
If you’re shopping for multiple varieties, please note that some may sell out before you’re able to check out.  Many varieties only have 1-2 tubers in stock as I often only plant 1-2 plants of each variety.  Please remember I’m a small grower with a family and fulltime job outside of flowers, while I wish we had hundreds of every variety, that is not the case.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Order cancellations or changes are not permitted. 

TUBERS:
We guarantee that each tuber will be:
-Grown by us.
-Hand divided with tools that are sanitized between each plant.
-Viable
-Will have a confirmed eye at the time it's sent to you. Some tubers may already have sprouts and sprouts can occasionally pop off during shipping. This will not harm your tuber. Please note that we do not send tubers that we have used for cuttings. 
Inspect your tubers upon arrival.

SHIPPING:

We will be shipping via UPS.  We ship to all US states and territories, including AK, HI and PR.

Shipping Prices are as follows:

1-4 tubers $10

5-9 tubers $15

10-14 tubers $20

15+ tubers $25

LOCAL PICKUP:  Free only select this option if you 100% know you plan to pickup your tubers at the Kruse Flower Show in Indiana on March 28th.

NO COMBINED SHIPPING.  I will NOT be offering combined shipping this year.

Shipping is weather dependent.  We are located in Michigan, it gets cold here and shipping will not happen until it’s warm enough.

REFUNDS PRIOR TO SHIPPING: If for some reason storage failures or other unforeseen circumstances occur prior to shipping your order, you will be refunded in full for that variety. Refund notifications will be sent to the email you provided. 

TUBER ARRIVAL: When you receive your package, please open and inspect immediately and let us know within 48 hours if there are any issues.  It is recommended to take pictures of your order regardless of issues or not.  I’ve unfortunately learned this the hard way as a buyer - they really don’t like being left in an enclosed package for too long.  If you are not ready to plant your tubers, store them in a frost/freeze proof location with the bag open so they can breathe.

If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will work with you to make it right. Please understand we cannot be responsible for damage due to your storage conditions, pests, bad weather, poor growing conditions, negligence, or plant performance.  You MUST email your concern along with a picture, or if your claim is squishy/rotten a video is required.
